Different Parts Of Body language

Facial Expression: Keep A Smiling Face
Facial expression is an important part of body language. You can communicate a lot with the help of your facial expressions without uttering a single word. A smile on your face always makes a positive impression about you in the mind of the other person. In fact, a smiling face is always good except for the situation when someone is struggling for his life. When you bring a smile on the face, it adds to the warmth of the atmosphere and you look more confident to people. If someone is not receptive to what you say, then you should check your facial expressions.

Movements Of Mouth And Position Of Head
When you start speaking, it is not only words that speak for you but your mouth movements and the position of your head as well. These parts of body language keep on speaking even when you are listening to others. For example, pursing lips or twisted lips tell the other person what is going on in your mind. Similarly, if you can keep your head straight, it will transmit signals about your self-assurance and the authority. If you talk to others with a straight head, they cannot dare to ignore you.

Placement Of Arms
The placement of your arms is also a very important factor in body language. If you place your arms folded over the chest, then you are sending the message that you have closed the door for others and are not interested at all in what the other person has to say. This kind of posture also indicates your disagreement with the other person. The The position of your arms can build or hurt your image. So, where should you placeyour arms? According to body language experts, placing the arms by your sides will give a more confident and relaxed look to others.

Another important part of body language is angle of body. You can send a signal to another person that you are interested in talking to him more by leaning forward or that you have had enough of him by leaning away. Similarly, a nod of your head also indicates that you are taking the point of the other person seriously. Your posture also speaks for you while talking to others. Sitting or standing erect indicates that you are filled with enthusiasm and alertness. On the contrary, no one is going to like doing business with you if you lean on the wall or slump in your chair looking like a tired person.
